We mill Canadian wheat into premium flour at our facilities across the country, but most commonly at our Hanover, ON and Hamilton, ON mills. To serve you better, our Hamilton mill expansion is nearly complete, and our new milling facility in Red Deer, AB will be up and running by harvest 2026.

Program Highlights
- Varieties: Adrianus, PRO81
- Certified Seed: Purchased from P&H
- Acreage Reporting: Talk to your P&H Crop Input CSR to report your final panted acres in November and winterkill acres in May
- Yield Reporting: Report any known issues that could impact yield before you harvest
- Contract Quantity: Contract up to 90 bu/ac on the Premium program
- Protein Minimum: Must be 10%

Premium Hard Red Wheat tonnage produced above contracted amounts will be subject to current market value at time of delivery. Basis must be fixed on all tonnage through a flat price or basis contract by August 27, 2027. Program availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
