For many farmers, creating a grain pricing order (GPO) is just one task among many. Using a streamlined digital took made the process easier for Gilbert Tellier of GL Tellier Farms in Birtle, Manitoba, and it even ended up winning him the trip of a lifetime.

This past August and September, our P&H Virden location hosted a giveaway where any GPOs entered during that timeframe would be entered to win the trip of a lifetime. Gill Tellier of GL Tellier Farms in Birtle, MB, put in a GPO to “empty some bins and make some room” and ended up with more than some extra room for new crop.

As the lucky winners of P&H Virden’s giveaway, Gil and his wife Lisa got to travel down to Philadelphia, PA to watch the Philadelphia Flyers play against the Seattle Kraken on October 20, 2025. Along with their game tickets, flights, and a two-night hotel stay, they also won:

• A signed Travis Sanheim Philadelphia Flyers jersey,
• Access to attend the Seattle Kraken pre-game skate,
• And a meet-and-greet with Seattle Kraken Assistant Coach, Jessica Campbell.

Gil and Lisa got their hockey fill and were able to spend some time exploring the sights of the city. The trip was also a hometown affair, as Travis Sanheim (who was raised in nearby Elkhorn, MB) and Jessica Campbell (who grew up about an hour away in Rocanville, SK) both generously donated the prizes Gil and Lisa won.
